the answer is to rent scaffolds with a plank across to one of the stairs.
or call a handyman, generally they prefer to come up when yous are working and married woman is domicile alone

Practise y'all take a landing at the peak is the stairs? I take similar fixture and from my landing I can use my 7 iron to pull the fixture close enough to modify the bulbs
Quite honestly information technology's pribably the best use of my 7 iron.
Good thought, only wouldn't reach all of them.
